WILDsound FEEDBACK TORONTO FILM FESTIVAL Highlights from the Thursday August 28th event.
The theme of the AUGUST 2014 FILM FESTIVAL was: "STEPPING OUTSIDE OF THE BOX".
Every film showcased on the night was about a character wanting to step out from their inner world.
- In HABITIAT, a new man is born in the habitat. Kicked out by the others he follows a new direction.
- In CRASH MEMORIES, the more the man progresses to flashes of his car accident, the more he seems to loose his mind.
- In S IS FOR BIRD, a Family Fun Center worker discovers the possible secrets of life in a children's book.
- In VOLKSWAGEN JOE, Northern Ireland 1981 - Faced with an impossible decision, a conflicted border-town mechanic is forced to make a choice.
- In EATING CAKE, the documentary exploring the humorous and thoughtful views of the current conditions of the people in Germany.
It's a new beginning to the FEEDBACK Film Festival at the Carlton Cinemas in downtown Toronto, Canada, as great things are coming in the 2014 season.
