SYNOPSIS:

This is the story of a spunky teenage girl in 1935 who leaves her abject poverty in dust bowl Oklahoma to follow her dreams to Hollywood. Along the way she befriends three misfits that help her to realize that her real life is far richer than the one she'd dreamed about for so long.
