It's a running tally.
the daze of dancing, in the alcohol high, it slows down my
hands on my hips pulling me into you satisfies me for a moment.
nothing quite like kissing a stranger on a crowded dance floor.
wonder if you can hear my heartbeat, the hazy intoxicated heartbeat that gets
faster when your lips touch my neck.
don't even know your name. I guess that's part of the appeal.
but we connect on a level that can only be achieved with spirits.
may not matter that I won't see you again, but our sweat mixes and the bass
buzzes in my ear.
don't want it to end.
