JUST OLD AND A LITTLE FRAIL, by Shirin Amirbeaagi.

If I talk a little loud
Don't be upset
Just trying to drown out
The cries in my head

If I appear to shiver
I am not cold
just my trembling heart
Trying to find its rhythm

If I stumble when I walk
I am not drunk
I've just lost my way
The map I once held
Slipped from my hands
So now you see
At times it's hard to just stand

If my words fail me
My heart lost it's voice
In that I had no choice

So if I speak a little loud
Stumble as I walk
Tremble with my words
Don't be afraid
I am just old and a little frail....
