Serpents that ravel along my rusty bones

Drank my once secure ardor to vacancy

Even in spurts of overflowing confidence

The house of tides washed off my brittle shield

Doused in floods of lust and buried in distrust

My goblins sealed the sails that once whished by

I am now the gutter nature streams through

Bashing winds play the bully within my holes

Pieces of prominence now lurk to decompose

Under view where the roots poke classic stones

The aftermath is a reservoir tides sweep

Toward spectrums shedding inside the sleeve
