Sofia Vyshnevetska- See director BIO
Sofia Vyshnevetska was born in Ukraine. Her first B.D. she completed in Olympic Sport at Kharkiv State University and her second M.D. was received from The National Academy of Arts in Ukraine, majoring in Sound Production for Film and Television.
During her first educational years she was working as a Sound Operator at Ukrainian TV Music Channel "M1". Simultaneously she was building a sport career.
The last award was received in July, 2007 - The Gold medal for "The Polish World Gymnastic Championship".
At the beginning of 2011 Sofia got a spinal injury, which took away her ability to walk for the next 1,5 years. This accident helped her to move into another stage in life with more passion and devotion. In 2012 she worked as an assistant director in the Soap Opera "Ocean of Love" for the Russian TV market. The show featured a female gymnast. Despite being limited to a wheelchair most of the time, Sofia helped to reproduce an atmosphere of the character's sports life. Being on the set gave her an opportunity to contemplate her previous life again after her sport injury.
Working with the Director and production team inspired her to change priorities. Gradually, she returned on her feet, and in 2015 she starts her educational program at The University Of Southern California, MFA in Film Production. During the Summer '16 she was selected to intern on the "American Horror Story" TV-Show.
